The following terms of service are valid for all deliveries and purchases from ARCHIPRESS M where no prior written arrangement has been specified between you as the customer and ARCHIPRESS M. By placing an order with ARCHIPRESS M you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agree with ARCHIPRESS M’s terms of service.
Documentation and assistance
All instructional manuals and directions made available to ARCHIPRESS M by the producer will be enclosed in your delivery. If you wish for further advice, ARCHIPRESS M is always pleased to be of assistance to the best of our ability.
Delivery
The transaction between buyer and ARCHIPRESS M is considered complete once delivery has been made to the buyer. All deliveries within Denmark are made by Post Danmark and subject to Post Danmarks normal delivery time – usually one to two working days. ARCHIPRESS M does not assume responsibility for delays caused by Post Danmark or other third parties beyond ARCHIPRESS M’s control.
Risk and Responsibility
The buyer assumes all risk and responsibility once delivery is made.
Complaints and Errors
All faults and errors concerning your delivery must be pointed out within a reasonable period of time. We ask that you document the error precisely so that we can provide the best possible assistance. Accurate and timely proof of error is the buyer’s responsibility and must be presented upon request. As a rule ARCHIPRESS M can only assume responsibility for errors that manifest themselves within two years from the initial delivery date. For goods with limited durability, ARCHIPRESS M only assumes responsibility within the period specified at the time of purchase. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item and present it when returning a faulty item.
Pricing and Payment
ARCHIPRESS M accepts all payments made by VISA/DANKORT, MASTERCARD, VISACARD, VISA ELECTRON, MAESTRO, JCB or American Express. All prices stated at http://www.archipress.dk are inclusive of Danish VAT and taxes unless otherwise stated.
Customs
When ordering goods from ARCHIPRESS M for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.
Returns
ARCHIPRESS M offers a full return service within 14 days from date of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition. All expenses, including shipping, pertaining to returning your purchase must be covered by you. ARCHIPRESS M will not refund administration fees etc. pertaining to your purchase.
Disputes
All disputes and legal claims will be settled under Danish law.
